Code of Conduct

In order to create a supportive working environment the Victorian Forensic Paediatric Medical Service endorses and supports workplace antibullying policies and the values espoused by the employing agencies of the VFPMS Governing group. VFPMS staff will display high standards of conduct at all times. We respect the reputations of the agencies and individuals with whom we work.

The VFPMS encourages and enables staff and our colleagues to perform to the best of their abilities.

We seek to rectify problems as soon as we become aware of them.

We strive to continuously improve our standards of practice and the quality of care we provide to Victorian children and their families.
